The project includes converting two-lane Kaynarca-Karasu road, which is part of North Black Sea Route connecting Black Sea Region to İstanbul, to divided road. Within the scope of the project; 2 500 000 m3 of earthworks, 560 000 tons of sub base-base works, 390 000 tons of hot bitiminous concrete works have been completed.
