Due to increase in the quantities of work items included in the first contract, the first project could not been completed. In the second tender made due to the abovementioned reason, the most advantageous price offer was given by EKSEN and the second contract was signed in 2011. Within the scope of the project; 490 000 m3 of earthworks, 100 000 tons of sub base-base works, 95 000 tons of hot bitiminous concrete works have been completed. Additionally, earth-retaining wall construction and slope reinforcement works are included in the project.
