EKSEN has been granted a land concession in CYPRUS for building and operating a 5 star hotel and resort for 49 years. The land with an area of 165 thousand square meters, is situated in Bafra Tourism Zone in Northern Cyprus. Construction of the premises covering 85 thousand square meter of closed space had started in 2007 and the facility was fully operational in June 2011. NOAH’S ARK Hotel and Holiday Resort which has 1548 bed capacity, includes Casino, Conference Facilities and Sports Fields. The total investment value is above 120 million USD.
